Clear all OCV tools.

close_all_ocvs closes all OCV tools which have been opened using create_ocv_proj or read_ocv. All handles are invalid after this call.

This operator is only for internal use (like e.g. a reset program in HDevelop).

close_all_ocvs returns always 2 (H_MSG_TRUE).

close_all_ocvs is processed completely exclusively without parallelization.
