Destroy all OCR classificators.
::close_all_ocrs deletes all OCR classificators and frees the used memory space. All the trained data will be lost.
Since all classificators are closed by ::close_all_ocrs all handles become invalid.
If it is possible to close the OCR classificators the operator ::close_all_ocrs returns the value H_MSG_TRUE. Otherwise an exception handling is raised.
